November the 5th we had a outing to the Aldershot army museum.
We met up at Waltham chase hall on Saturdaymorning and off we went. After missing the museum we eventually got in, it’s a nice little museum with the museum exhibits displaying from the origins on how the village of Aldershot began and how the army took over Aldershot showing army and family life and their
families. They had Montgomery’s barn from his home on display and one of the old barracks on display. There was plenty of vehicles on display including artillery, well worth a visit.
